Rivervale Barn Wedding Photographer

Rivervale Barn is such a great wedding venue, it’s beautiful with a fantastic team to ensure your day runs smoothly. The venue is well designed to cater for weddings. It’s a joy to photograph here and I had a lot of fun here at Sofie & Matt’s wedding.

Have a look at the following collection of photographs which I captured at Rivervale Barn. It’s always nice to see a few more photos from a wedding as you get a better feel for the whole day and the types of photos you may receive. If you want to see the whole gallery let me know and we can jump on a zoom call to view them.

If you are looking for a Rivervale Barn wedding photographer get in touch, I’d love to capture natural photos of your wedding here too.

Bridal hair and make starts with Rivervale Beauty

Bridesmaids relaxing during the preparations…

The staff at Rivervale are always on hand to restock essential supplies!

Button holes go on, here’s Matt in the Spinney which is where the outdoor ceremonies are held.

Mum arrives…

A quick moment to capture the bridal shoes and dresses in the bridal suite.

A mix of black and white and colour photographs.

It’s nice to show the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. I always look for these types of moments, they’re part of the story of your day…

Mum and sister help bride Sofie into her dress.

The rest of the bridal party gets a first look.

Matt calms his nerves as the ceremony time approaches.

Best women assures Matt she has the rings.

A quick formal shot of the bridal party on route to ceremony. This shot took no more than 30 seconds.

Matt waits to catch a glimpse of his bride.

Lucky Sofie had the tissues ready.

Post ceremony it’s time for some couple photos, no posing here, this is Matt & Sofie’s time together. I’m just capturing these natural, real moments without direction.

Everyone lines up for the confetti throw, always a great moment for candid photos.

Here’s the entire wedding party, the sun casting some brilliant shadows.

A surprise birthday cake for one of the bridesmaids… I am saying nothing on the cake ;)

The sun continued to shine and we had some lovely light as sunset.

Wedding cake cut. It’s always a bit of strange formality, cut the cake and walk off… (maybe just me!)

The balconies at Rivervale Barn mean it’s possible to get some elevated shots of the first dance which I always like.

First dance is over and the party starts! Why some photographers leave at this point I don’t know as there is so many great photo opportunities to be had. I love this part of the day!

The garden games commence….

and get a little out of hand at times…

And that was Sofie & Matt’s wedding at Rivervale Barn. I hope you enjoyed the collection of photographs!
